  1. I believe that avoiding refined foods is a first step to be able to lose weight. They may taste beneficial, but ready-made foods include very little nutritional value, making you take in more only to have enough energy to get over the day. In case you are constantly having these foods, moving over to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will help you have more strength while feeding on less.
